for the use of the online payment system for Danube Bridge Ruse–Giurgiu crossing fee

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between users of the website https://www.rusebridgefee.com/ (hereinafter referred to as "Site") and the company "ATI COMPANY DM" EOOD, with UIC 208569984, registered office and management address in Bulgaria, as the provider of the online payment service for the Danube Bridge Ruse–Giurgiu crossing fee (hereinafter referred to as "Crossing Fee").
1.2. By paying the Crossing Fee for Danube Bridge Ruse–Giurgiu, the client (user) accepts and agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
1.3. "ATI COMPANY DM" EOOD reserves the right to modify or update these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Each client is obliged to familiarize themselves regularly with them.
2.1. The Site provides the possibility for online payment of a crossing fee for a passenger vehicle through Danube Bridge Ruse–Giurgiu in the direction of exit from Bulgaria to Romania.
2.2. The paid fee gives the right to cross with a passenger vehicle up to 3.5 tons through Danube Bridge once and only in the indicated direction: from Bulgaria to Romania.
2.3. The fee is valid for the specific day of crossing, and the activation of the fee is carried out immediately after 00:00 on the day of the desired crossing.
3.1. The user may pay the fee using a valid bank card through the Site's online platform.
3.2. After successful payment, the user receives an email confirmation of the payment made and information about the fee details.
4.1. The activation of the fee is carried out automatically after 00:00 on the day of crossing the bridge, regardless of the time of payment.
4.2. The fee is valid only for the specific date of crossing indicated when making the payment.
4.3. In case of unsuccessful crossing due to technical or other reasons beyond the Company's control, "ATI COMPANY DM" EOOD is not liable for refund of the paid amount.
5.1. The user is obliged to correctly fill in all data for making the payment and to check the confirmation received at their email address.
5.2. The user has the right to use the service only for a passenger vehicle up to 3.5 tons and only in the indicated direction.
5.3. The user is obliged to comply with all safety rules and to ensure timely crossing through Danube Bridge, observing the instructions of the relevant control authorities.
6.1. "ATI COMPANY DM" EOOD is obliged to provide the online crossing fee payment service through a functioning and secure online platform.
6.2. "ATI COMPANY DM" EOOD has the right to change the terms of use of the Site and the service at any time, and the user will be notified of the changes through an update of these General Terms and Conditions.
6.3. "ATI COMPANY DM" EOOD is not liable for problems arising with crossing Danube Bridge caused by external factors or force majeure circumstances.
6.4. "ATI COMPANY DM" EOOD is not liable for incorrect data filled in by the client.
7.1. When using the service, the user provides personal data that is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Regulation and the existing legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
7.2. The user's personal data will be used only for processing the payment and sending confirmation of the fee.
8.1. Payment is made by debit or credit card Visa, Mastercard and bCard, through V-POS.
8.2. For conducting the transaction, Mastercard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs are used.
8.3. When making payment, bank card data that has been used is not stored.
8.4. In case of unsuccessful transaction or other circumstance, as a result of which it is necessary for the amount paid by bank card to be refunded, it is refunded to the same card.
9.1. "ATI COMPANY DM" EOOD is not liable for delay or inability to make payment if the reason is technical problems with the Site or the payment provider's services.
9.2. The Company is not liable for delays in crossing Danube Bridge or for incidents during travel.
10.1. "ATI COMPANY DM" EOOD has the right to terminate the user's access to the Site and the service if a violation of these General Terms and Conditions or the applicable legislation is established.
10.2. The user may terminate the use of the service at any time by ceasing to use the Site.
11.1. For matters not regulated in these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
11.2. All disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be considered by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.
